The Omnipod VIEW® app allows users to access the insulin delivery information of friends and loved ones who have granted them permission, regardless of their location. It is an application designed to provide you with an overview of PDM data and Pod status information from any Podder™ who has sent you an invitation. By accepting their invitation, you gain access to the Podder’s™ essential therapy-related details, including alerts and alarms, Insulin On Board (IOB), last bolus, last blood glucose reading, current basal program, PDM battery status, and more.
With the Omnipod VIEW® app, you can monitor your Podder's™ insulin delivery and the status of their Omnipod DASH® System remotely. You can stay connected with up to 12 Podders™ at a time and receive notifications about their status directly to your smartphone, ensuring peace of mind. The app also offers an iPhone widget for convenient access to insulin delivery information on the Today View. Additionally, you have the option to set up the Omnipod VIEW® app's iPhone widget alongside the Dexcom widget, allowing you to quickly view your Podder’s™ Omnipod DASH® PDM and CGM information on a single screen.
